Mastering Lean Startup principles will help you understand how social enterprises successfully run experiments, pivot, and remain lean and innovative while ethically serving their customers and prioritizing impact. The lean approach starts with understanding your customers' pains, gains, and jobs to be done, which is what we'll focus on in this resource package.
